Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing guidance to help the company achieve its business goals
• Develop and execute marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, and offline
• Collaborate with product development, creative, and analytics teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and assets
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
• Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns
• Communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, including developing and executing marketing plans
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels and best practices
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
